SMS Program Disclosure

This page describes the text-messaging (SMS) program for Elegant Image, in Las Vegas. It applies to messages you receive from Elegant Image at elegant-image.floorcraft.dev.

What this program is

Elegant Image sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who ask for them: appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and occasional salon updates. Messages come from our text number +1 (833) 847-3514.

How people opt in

Texting is always express opt-in. Every place we ask for it is a web form at elegant-image.floorcraft.dev, filled in by the person who owns the number, with a checkbox that is unchecked by default: setting up a client account, the contact form on our public site, and the text-reminder switch in account settings. Consent is stored with a timestamp, and every sender checks that record before a message goes out, so a number that reaches us any other way is never texted.

The box on the account form reads:

"Text me appointment reminders and salon updates at this number. Message rates may apply, reply STOP anytime."

The box on our public contact form reads:

"Text me about my visit at this number. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out anytime."

Consent can be withdrawn at any time in account settings or by replying STOP.

• Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month for a typical client.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Marketing messages are never sent during nighttime quiet hours.
• We never sell or share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing.
